I started working at Totango in Apr 2015 as a Product Designer. I was leading product design efforts and designing to enable digital collaboration and increase the growth of the user base. 

In 2020, Totango won the TrustRadius Best Usability Award, G2 Crowd Easiest to Use 2020, and was listed as G2 Crowd Top 50 Customer Service Product.
