About Me

I am a seasoned UX design leader with strong system thinking skills. I lead design teams to deliver simple and usable solutions that drive business value.

I have 15 years of experience solving ambiguous and complex problems in enterprise and consumer companies. I’ve led design across early-stage startups and mature organizations, shaping long-term product strategy, mentoring high-performing teams, and collaborating directly with C-suite executives. My work has driven adoption, improved usability, and influenced product roadmaps for years to come.

Currently at Alation, I manage the design team and lead initiatives that scale UX impact across the company. I’ve developed company-wide frameworks, created widely adopted personas and journeys, and led a multi-year vision for a core product area.

I believe great design is as much about relationships and influence as it is about pixels and flows—and I’m passionate about building teams and processes that unlock both.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband, as well as gardening and illustrating.
