I worked on many projects at Totango during my 5 years. I am providing a brief of those here to demonstrate the work. I am happy to cover these in detail in a personal conversation.

Scorecards

Scorecards are dashboards in Totango that are fully configurable in order for business operations managers to define their goals and KPIs within this dashboard and save it for everyone in the company.

Health Designer

Health designer enables business operation managers to setup rules to define whether a customer is in good or poor “health”.

I redesigned the experience such that users can easily define as well as read the criteria for health.

NPS Surveys

I am currently working on the capability to design and send out NPS surveys right from Totango. This includes designing the UX for the user to design the survey, send it via a email campaign at a recurring basis and being able to analyze the results in various places of the application.
